valtrium · ios apps
Six consumer iOS apps with the Valtrium founder. Sole developer on the app side.
context
Worked alongside the Valtrium founder, who drove product and distribution while I owned the entire app side end-to-end. The bet was that Claude Code-driven agentic workflows could compress the delivery cycle without compromising what Apple actually ships.
what i built
Six consumer iOS apps in React Native. Three are live on the App Store with a combined 1000+ users. The remaining three are in TestFlight beta.
The agentic workflow was the real artifact: spec, scaffold, build, review, submit — with Claude Code as a daily instrument across each step.
engineering choices
React Native and Expo for speed-of-iteration ceiling across six apps in parallel. App Store rejection feedback loops were folded into the workflow early so submissions were boring and predictable, not a phase that started at the end.
outcome
Six apps shipped, three of them live with 1000+ users. The cadence proved that an agentic workflow can survive contact with real distribution constraints — and that a one-engineer + one-founder team can run a real consumer iOS portfolio.
